Product details

BYD EL-Pro18 MAX is a 1.8-ton ride-on lithium-ion balance electric forklift, equipped with BYD's mature three-electric technology and industrial manufacturing process. The whole machine is well-balanced, with a solid structure, flexible control, and perfect safety. It is widely used in warehousing and logistics, light industry manufacturing, food cold chain, factory turnover, and other medium and light material handling and stacking conditions, providing enterprises with stable and low-maintenance green handling equipment solutions.

Core machine parameters

BYD EL-Pro18 MAX is a general-purpose industrial handling equipment, suitable for various indoor and outdoor routine operation scenarios. The vehicle size, load, passability, and power parameters are balanced and practical. The core specifications are as follows:

  • Rated load: 1.8t, load center distance 500mm

  • Operation form: ride-on electric counterweight structure

  • Vehicle weight (including battery): 3160kg, with reasonable counterweight layout and excellent operating stability

  • Standard lifting height: 3000mm, the maximum height of the gantry from the ground is 4040mm, meeting the needs of conventional stacking, loading and unloading operations

  • Free lifting height: 120mm, suitable for low-rise high, closed shelf operation scenarios

  • Minimum height of gantry: 2030mm, height of top frame 2054mm, suitable for most factories and warehouses

  • Body size: vehicle width 1130mm, excluding fork length 2210mm, compact body structure

  • Minimum turning radius: 2010mm, flexible steering, suitable for medium and small channel densification operations

  • Ground clearance: 105mm at the gantry and 90mm at the frame, suitable for conventional bumpy road and ramp traffic

  • Channel adaptation: 10001200mm horizontal pallet adaptation channel width 3580mm, 8001200mm vertical pallet adaptation channel width 3790mm, suitable for standardized storage layout

Power and lithium battery configuration, suitable for multi-shift continuous operation

The equipment is equipped with BYD lithium battery system, equipped with 80V/270Ah large-capacity battery, the battery weight is 210kg, and the battery life can meet the multi-shift continuous operation of the enterprise. The battery is designed with a low-maintenance structure, which does not require frequent water replenishment and maintenance, effectively reducing the daily operation and maintenance costs of the equipment.

The vehicle is equipped with an AC electronic control system, matching 9.5kW drive motor and 16kW lifting motor, and the power output is smooth and linear. No-load and full-load driving speeds can reach 16km/h; full-load lifting speed 420mm/s, no-load 450mm/s, full-load descending speed 520mm/s, no-load 480mm/s, cargo lifting and descending smoothly, and operation circulation efficiency is stable.

The vehicle has excellent climbing performance, with 16% full-load climbing capacity and 20% no-load climbing capacity. It can be adapted to factory ramps, loading and unloading platforms and other sloping roads to meet the needs of indoor and outdoor composite working conditions. Full-load acceleration time 6.0s, no-load acceleration time 5.0s, stable start and stop, suitable for high-frequency reciprocating handling operations.

III. Body structure and passing performance, strong adaptability to working conditions

The car adopts a high-strength frame structure with a scientific axle load ratio. The full-load front axle load is 4110kg, the rear axle load is 850kg, the no-load front axle load is 1312kg, and the rear axle load is 1848kg. The operation stability is good. The gantry supports forward tilt 5 and backward tilt 8, which is convenient for cargo alignment and reduction of the risk of cargo slipping.

The equipment is equipped with SE industrial wear-resistant tires, with front wheel specifications 6.00-9 and rear wheel specifications 166-8, suitable for conventional pavements such as cement and asphalt in the factory area. The wheelbase of the whole vehicle is 1450mm, the front and rear wheelbases are 970mm and 850mm respectively, the chassis layout is reasonable, the steering is flexible, and it can adapt to narrow passages and dense shelves. Storage operation scenarios.

Standard 40/100/1070mm standard fork, in line with ISO2328 industry standards, fork rack width 1000mm, suitable for general market standard pallets, versatility, can meet the needs of conventional cargo handling and stacking operations.

IV. Safety and control design for more secure operation

The whole vehicle adopts hydraulic braking system, which is sensitive and stable, and is suitable for high-frequency start-stop operation conditions. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is ≤160Mpa, and the operation is stable, which can effectively reduce the probability of failure and prolong the service life of hydraulic components.

The noise reduction performance of the whole vehicle is good, and the noise at the driver is ≤75dB (A), which effectively optimizes the working environment. The equipment is equipped with a compliance roof frame and a transparent door frame, which has a wide working field, reduces visual blind spots, and reduces the probability of operation errors.

Relying on a mature AC electronic control system, the equipment operates stably and can be adapted to normalized and standardized industrial operations, ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of the equipment.

Ergonomic design, suitable for long-term work

The equipment adopts ergonomic seat design, the seat is 1000mm off the ground, and with the chassis shock absorption structure, it can buffer the bumps in the road surface and reduce the fatigue of long-term operation. The whole machine has a regular operation layout, clear gears, light operation, simple to use, and wide vision. It is suitable for high-intensity continuous operation in factories and warehouses.

Applicable scenarios and after-sales guarantee

BYD EL-Pro18 MAX electric forklift is suitable for e-commerce warehousing, logistics transshipment, light manufacturing, food cold chain, factory turnover, supermarket warehouses and other multi-industry scenarios, and can operate stably in room temperature indoor and conventional outdoor working conditions. It is suitable for the green and low-maintenance material handling needs of enterprises.
