The BYD EL-Pro35MAX is a 3.5-ton ride-on lithium-ion balance forklift, equipped with a mature lithium-ion battery system and AC electronic control configuration. The vehicle structure has been strengthened and designed to operate stably. It is suitable for warehousing and logistics, heavy manufacturing, building materials transshipment, and factory cargo turnover. The minimum ground clearance at the gantry is 120mm, and the minimum ground clearance at the frame is 140mm, which can smoothly pass through conventional roads and ramps.

The minimum turning radius of the equipment is 2480mm, and the inward turning radius is 645mm; it is suitable for 10001200mm horizontal pallet working channel width 4165mm, 8001200mm vertical pallet working channel width 4365mm. The gantry supports forward tilt 5 and backward tilt 8, which is convenient for goods picking and placing and alignment.

This car is equipped with 80V/270Ah lithium battery, battery weight 210kg, external size 930mm500mm537mm, with AC AC electronic control system, can meet the needs of multi-shift continuous operation. Equipped with 20.5kW drive motor and 26kW lifting motor, the power output is stable.

The vehicle's full-load and no-load driving speed is 18km/h; the full-load lifting speed is 420mm/s, and the no-load lifting speed is 450mm/s; the full-load falling speed is 550mm/s, and the no-load falling speed is 450mm/s, resulting in smooth lifting of goods.

Full load maximum traction 19000N, no load maximum traction 10500N; full load climbing capacity of 18%, no load climbing capacity of 20%, can adapt to the factory ramp, loading and unloading platform and other road conditions. The hydraulic system working pressure range is 155-170bar, the system operates stably.

III. Safety and structural configuration

The whole vehicle adopts hydraulic braking form, the braking effect is stable, and it can adapt to high-frequency start-stop operating conditions. Solid tires have good wear resistance and are suitable for all kinds of conventional road driving in the factory area.

The vehicle is equipped with a compliance top frame with a height of 2240mm. With the design of the gantry structure, the working field is wide. The driver's position noise is ≤75dB (A), which can create a comfortable working environment. The overall frame structure is solid, combined with a reasonable wheelbase layout, and the overall stability is good during heavy-duty operation.
