Power output configuration
Both forklifts are equipped with AC drive systems, and the driving power output can cover the needs of conventional flat road heavy-duty driving. The motor torque output characteristics of the CPD30 are more biased towards low-speed and large-load scenarios, and the power response in the initial stage is more smooth, suitable for high-frequency start-stop intensive handling scenarios. The power adjustment of the ECB30 is biased towards medium-high-speed and smooth output, and the energy consumption control performance during long-distance driving is better.
Energy storage unit configuration
The energy storage modules of both models support fast charging and replenishment, and the continuous operation time under full power can meet the regular handling needs of a single shift. The energy storage package of the CPD30 has more reserved space for expansion, and the energy storage specifications can be adjusted according to the needs of the operation time. The ECB30 adopts a standardized quick-dismantling energy storage structure, which can directly replace the battery without external charging equipment, which is suitable for the scenario of multi-shift uninterrupted operation.

Car body bearing structure
The rated load-bearing weight of both models is 3 tons, the lifting height of the gantry can be selected according to different specifications of the user request, and the chassis of the car body adopts a reinforced steel structure, which can cope with slightly uneven working road surfaces. The optimized design of the gantry of the CPD30 accounts for a higher proportion, and the driver has a larger visual range ahead during operation, which reduces the operation error in the scenario of high lifting. The turning radius of the car body of the ECB30 has been narrowed, and the steering is more flexible in the storage space with limited channel width.
Human-machine control configuration
Both models are equipped with ergonomic seats and operating handles, which can also relieve driver's physical fatigue after working for a long time. Both models are equipped with a safety warning system, which can actively trigger sound and light reminders when overload or abnormal conditions occur, reducing potential safety hazards.
