基础动力配置解析

动力输出配置

两款叉车均适配交流驱动系统,行驶动力输出可覆盖常规平路重载行驶需求,其中CPD30的电机扭矩输出特性更偏向低速大负载场景,起步阶段的动力响应更为平顺,适合高频启停的密集搬运场景。ECB30的动力调校偏向中高速平稳输出,长距离行驶过程中的能耗控制表现更优。

储能单元配置

两款车型的储能模组均支持快充补能,满电状态下的连续作业时长均可满足单班次常规搬运需求,CPD30的储能包扩容预留空间更大,后续可根据作业时长需求按需调整储能规格。ECB30采用的是标准化快拆储能结构,无需外接充电设备即可实现电池直接更换,适合多班次不间断作业的场景。

承载与操控配置梳理

车体承载结构

两款车型的额定承载重量均为3吨,门架的起升高度可根据用户需求选配不同规格,车体底盘均采用加强型钢制结构,可应对轻微不平整的作业路面。CPD30的门架视野优化设计占比更高,驾驶员作业过程中前方可视范围更大,降低高位起升场景下的操作误差。ECB30的车体转弯半径做了收窄处理,在通道宽度有限的仓储空间内转向更为灵活。

人机操控配置

两款车型均配备符合人体工学的座椅与操作手柄,长时间作业也能缓解驾驶员的肢体疲劳,两款车型均搭载安全警示系统,出现过载、异常状态时会主动触发声光提醒,降低作业安全隐患。
