Maintenance cycle classification standard
First guarantee node description
After the vehicle is put into use for the first time and has run for about 50 hours, the first maintenance operation can be carried out. This stage focuses on checking the tightness of the vehicle line connection, adjusting the active clearance of the braking system, detecting the working parameters of the power unit, and synchronously confirming that the battery electrolyte level is in the normal range to avoid abnormal wear and tear during the running-in stage of the components.
Routine regular maintenance grading
A three-level routine maintenance mechanism is set up according to the accumulated operating time. The monthly maintenance corresponds to a total of 200 hours of operation, focusing on checking the wear degree of the walking wheel, the sensitivity of the steering system, and fastening the exposed connecting firmware. The quarterly maintenance corresponds to a total of 600 hours of operation. Clean up the dust accumulation of the motor heat dissipation filter, check the hydraulic pipeline for any traces of leakage, and calibrate the response stroke of the operating handle. The annual maintenance corresponds to a total of 2,000 hours of operation, comprehensively sort out the working conditions of the whole vehicle, replace the seals with signs of aging, and conduct in-depth inspections of the core components.
Seasonal special project maintenance
In the seasonal stage where the temperature fluctuates greatly, special project maintenance can be carried out in a targeted manner. During the low temperature period, the temperature control protection of the power unit can be done to avoid the low temperature environment affecting the charging and discharging efficiency. During the high temperature period, the debris in the heat dissipation channel should be cleaned up to avoid the components from being in high temperature operation for a long time.
Daily basic maintenance core points
Routine inspection before work
Before starting the vehicle operation, check in advance whether the braking effect and lighting prompt function are normal, confirm that the remaining power meets the operation needs of the day, check whether there is crack deformation on the surface of the fork, whether the return state of the operating handle is smooth, and confirm that there is no obvious abnormality before starting the operation.
After-work finishing maintenance
After the end of the day's operation, park the vehicle in the designated parking area, pull the handbrake to turn off the main power supply, clean up the debris attached to the surface of the vehicle, and avoid debris from getting stuck in the gap of the walking wheel. If the remaining power is less than 30%, promptly transfer the vehicle to the charging area for replenishment operations.
exception handling specification
During daily use, if the vehicle is found to have abnormal sounds, soft brakes, action cards, etc., stop the operation immediately, do not run the vehicle with illness, contact professional operation and maintenance personnel to the scene for investigation, and do not disassemble power-related components without permission to avoid leaving safety hazards.
