保养周期划分标准

首保节点说明

车辆首次投入使用累计运行满50小时左右,即可开展首次保养作业。该阶段重点核查整车线路连接松紧度,调整制动系统活动间隙,检测动力单元的工作参数,同步确认电池电解液液位处于正常区间,避免部件磨合阶段出现异常损耗。

常规定期保养分级

按照累计运行时长设置三级常规保养机制,月度保养对应累计运行200小时,重点检查行走轮磨损程度、转向系统灵敏度,紧固外露的连接固件。季度保养对应累计运行600小时,清理电机散热滤网的积尘,排查液压管路是否存在渗漏痕迹,校准操作手柄的响应行程。年度保养对应累计运行2000小时,全面梳理整车工况,更换出现老化迹象的密封件,对核心部件做深度检测。

换季专项养护

温度出现大幅波动的换季阶段,可针对性开展专项养护,低温时段做好动力单元的温控防护,避免低温环境影响充放电效率,高温时段重点清理散热通道的杂物,避免部件长时间处于高温运行状态。

日常基础维护核心要点

作业前例行点检

每次启动车辆作业前,提前核查制动效果、灯光提示功能是否正常,确认剩余电量满足当日作业需求,检查货叉表面是否存在裂纹变形,操作手柄回位状态是否顺畅,确认无明显异常后再启动作业。

作业后收尾养护

当日作业结束后,将车辆停靠在指定停放区域,拉好手刹关闭总电源,清理车身表面附着的杂物,避免碎屑卡入行走轮缝隙,若剩余电量不足三成,及时将车辆移送至充电区域开展补能作业。

异常处置规范

日常使用过程中若发现车辆存在异响、制动偏软、动作卡顿等异常情况,立刻停止作业,不要带病运行车辆,联系专业运维人员到场排查,不要私自拆解动力相关部件,避免留下安全隐患。
