前期路線勘測與環境分析

現場環境數據採集

開展路線規劃前,需全面採集廠區內的環境數據,包括各通道的寬度、轉彎半徑、固定障礙物的位置與尺寸,以及臨時作業區域的分佈規律。同時記錄不同時段的人員流動、物料運輸頻次,爲後續路線設計提供真實依據。

作業需求梳理

結合廠區的物料運輸需求,梳理各作業節點的功能定位,比如倉儲區、生產車間、卸貨區之間的運輸頻次、載荷要求,明確高峯時段的流量峯值,以此作爲路線優先級設定的基礎。

核心路線規劃策略

多路徑冗餘設計

針對核心作業通道,設計至少兩條備選路線,當主路線因臨時障礙物、擁堵等情況無法通行時,AGV可自動切換至備選路線,保證運輸任務不中斷。同時要確保備選路線的通行條件滿足AGV的運行要求,避免出現轉彎過窄、坡度超標等問題。

節點優先級劃分

根據作業需求的緊急程度,對各節點進行優先級劃分,比如生產車間的物料補給節點優先級高於倉儲區的中轉節點,在路線規劃時優先保障高優先級節點的通行順暢,避免關鍵作業環節出現延誤。

動態避障邏輯嵌入

在路線規劃中嵌入實時動態避障邏輯,結合AGV搭載的傳感器數據,當檢測到前方有臨時障礙物或人員時,可自動調整行駛路徑,或在安全區域等待,待障礙清除後恢復原路線行駛。

實操調試與優化

模擬試運行

藉助專用的模擬軟件,將採集的廠區環境數據導入,進行虛擬場景下的路線試運行,測試AGV在不同工況下的行駛順暢度、避障反應速度,以及路線切換的合理性,根據測試結果調整路線參數。

現場實測與微調

完成模擬測試後,開展現場實測,安排AGV按照規劃路線執行運輸任務,記錄實際運行中出現的卡頓、路線不合理等問題,對路線進行局部微調,比如調整節點的停靠位置、優化轉彎角度等。

日常維護與更新

廠區佈局或作業需求發生變化時,需及時對AGV路線進行更新調整,定期檢查路線的適配性,確保AGV始終能高效完成運輸任務,維持廠區物流的穩定運作。
