在厂区多通道、多作业节点的复杂环境中,AGV的路线规划直接影响物流运作效率与稳定性,合理的规划能有效避免拥堵、降低能耗,提升整体作业节奏。

前期路线勘测与环境分析

现场环境数据采集

开展路线规划前,需全面采集厂区内的环境数据,包括各通道的宽度、转弯半径、固定障碍物的位置与尺寸,以及临时作业区域的分布规律。同时记录不同时段的人员流动、物料运输频次,为后续路线设计提供真实依据。

作业需求梳理

结合厂区的物料运输需求,梳理各作业节点的功能定位,比如仓储区、生产车间、卸货区之间的运输频次、载荷要求,明确高峰时段的流量峰值,以此作为路线优先级设定的基础。

核心路线规划策略

多路径冗余设计

针对核心作业通道,设计至少两条备选路线,当主路线因临时障碍物、拥堵等情况无法通行时,AGV可自动切换至备选路线,保证运输任务不中断。同时要确保备选路线的通行条件满足AGV的运行要求,避免出现转弯过窄、坡度超标等问题。

节点优先级划分

根据作业需求的紧急程度,对各节点进行优先级划分,比如生产车间的物料补给节点优先级高于仓储区的中转节点,在路线规划时优先保障高优先级节点的通行顺畅,避免关键作业环节出现延误。

动态避障逻辑嵌入

在路线规划中嵌入实时动态避障逻辑,结合AGV搭载的传感器数据,当检测到前方有临时障碍物或人员时,可自动调整行驶路径,或在安全区域等待,待障碍清除后恢复原路线行驶。

实操调试与优化

模拟试运行

借助专用的模拟软件,将采集的厂区环境数据导入,进行虚拟场景下的路线试运行,测试AGV在不同工况下的行驶顺畅度、避障反应速度,以及路线切换的合理性,根据测试结果调整路线参数。

现场实测与微调

完成模拟测试后,开展现场实测,安排AGV按照规划路线执行运输任务,记录实际运行中出现的卡顿、路线不合理等问题,对路线进行局部微调,比如调整节点的停靠位置、优化转弯角度等。

日常维护与更新

厂区布局或作业需求发生变化时,需及时对AGV路线进行更新调整,定期检查路线的适配性,确保AGV始终能高效完成运输任务,维持厂区物流的稳定运作。
