对于有叉车采购需求的企业来说,除了作业性能之外,两类叉车的使用成本差异是最受关注的选购参考因素,我们可以从多个维度拆解两类产品的成本差距。

前期采购成本差异

同载重级别的产品中,新能源叉车的前期采购价格通常高于燃油叉车,差价主要来自动力电池等核心部件的成本投入。目前不少地区都出台了新能源作业设备的购置补贴政策,符合要求的企业采购新能源叉车可以申领相应补贴,能够抵消一部分前期采购差价。

日常能耗成本差异

能耗成本是两类叉车日常运营成本中差距最大的部分。按照常规8小时作业时长测算,燃油叉车每小时油耗约2至3升,按照当前柴油市场价格计算,单日能耗成本在120元至180元区间。新能源叉车每小时耗电量约8至12度,按照普通工业用电均价计算,单日能耗成本仅为20元至40元,如果利用夜间谷电时段充电,能耗成本还能进一步降低三分之一左右。

维保运营成本差异

两类叉车的结构差异直接决定了维保成本的差距。燃油叉车有发动机、变速箱等复杂传动结构,常规维保需要定期更换机油、三滤、火花塞等部件,还要定期检修发动机,年维保成本普遍在数千元到上万元,随着使用年限增长,发动机损耗加剧,维保成本还会逐年上升。

新能源叉车没有燃油动力相关的复杂结构,常规维保仅需要进行电池状态检测、电路检查、制动器等易损件更换,年维保成本仅为同级别燃油叉车的三分之一到二分之一,且使用后期的成本涨幅远低于燃油叉车。

隐性成本差异

除了显性的成本之外,两类叉车的隐性成本也有明显差距。燃油叉车的尾气排放不符合部分室内作业场景、环保严管区域的准入要求,部分区域使用燃油叉车还需要额外缴纳排放相关的费用,场景限制较多。新能源叉车零排放,没有作业场景的环保限制,也不需要承担排放相关的额外成本。同时在二手处置阶段,电池状态良好的新能源叉车残值率普遍高于同使用年限的燃油叉车。

整体测算来看,只要年作业时长超过1000小时,新能源叉车通常使用1到2年就能抵消前期的采购差价,后续使用过程中成本优势会持续扩大,企业可以结合自身的作业时长、作业场景选择适配的产品。
