日常作业前基础检查要点

门架系统检查

高门架是叉车承载作业的核心部件,每次作业前要先检查门架滑轨间隙是否均匀,有没有卡滞的异物,门架链条的张紧度是否一致,表面有没有裂纹、磨损超标的情况,空载状态下反复测试2到3次升降动作,确认门架运行平稳无异常异响,升降限位装置触发灵敏,避免作业过程中出现货物坠落或者门架卡滞的问题。

行走制动系统检查

作业前要确认轮胎胎压符合使用标准,胎面没有破损、鼓包或者嵌入尖锐杂物,制动踏板踩踏行程处于合理区间,空载状态下测试前进、后退、转向动作,确认运行平稳无异响,紧急制动时制动距离符合安全标准,避免作业中出现制动失灵的隐患。

作业结束后的常规维护

动力系统养护

电动叉车的动力核心是动力电池,作业结束后要先清理电池表面的浮尘、污渍,如果有电解液渗漏残留要及时用专用抹布擦拭干净,不要立刻连接充电器充电,要待电池温度回落至常温后再开展充电操作,单次充电尽量充满后再断开电源,避免频繁浅充浅放影响电池使用寿命,车辆长期闲置时要每月完成一次满充补电。

部件归置与清洁

作业结束后要将货叉降至最低位置,拉紧手刹,将车辆停放在干燥通风、无暴晒淋雨的专用停放区域,及时清理车身表面的货物碎屑、粉尘污渍,重点清理转向、传动部位缠绕的杂物,避免部件运转时出现卡滞磨损。

定期深度保养建议

车辆累计作业满500小时后,建议开展一次全面深度保养,为门架滑轨、传动链条、轴承等摩擦部件加注专用润滑脂,检查全车线路绝缘层是否存在破损、老化的情况,接线端子有没有松动、氧化的问题,同时检测液压系统的油位和油质,如果油液浑浊或者液位低于标准值要及时补充或更换。如果车辆长期在高粉尘、高湿度的恶劣环境下作业,可以将深度保养的周期适当缩短,每次保养做好对应记录,方便后续故障排查时参考。
