Walking deviation is mostly caused by uneven wear of the tires on both sides or misalignment of the steering system connecting rods. First compare the wear degree of the tires on both sides, and replace the tires with serious wear in time; if the tire condition is normal, check whether the steering link is loose or misplaced, adjust the position of the connecting rod and tighten the bolts to test the walking track.

The hydraulic system is responsible for the lifting operation of the forklift. Common faults include weak lifting and hydraulic leakage. When the lifting is weak, first check whether the hydraulic oil level is lower than the standard scale, and add hydraulic oil that meets the specifications when the liquid level is insufficient; if the liquid level is normal, check whether the hydraulic oil filter element is blocked.
