Daily maintenance points
Battery maintenance details
The battery of the electric forklift is the core power source. It is necessary to check the power status regularly every day to avoid parking in a low power state for a long time. Before daily use, observe the appearance of the battery for liquid leakage and bulging, and clean the oxide on the surface of the battery terminals to prevent poor contact. If it is a liquid-cooled battery, it is necessary to check the coolant level regularly to ensure that it is within the standard range to avoid affecting the battery performance due to insufficient heat dissipation.
Body and chassis routine inspections
Pay attention to the wear of the tires every day to see if there are cracks or foreign objects embedded in the tread. If the wear reaches the warning line, it needs to be dealt with in time. Check whether the fasteners of the chassis are loose, especially the connections of the steering and braking parts, to prevent potential safety hazards. At the same time, regularly clean the dust and oil on the surface of the body to avoid corrosive substances adhering to the paint or metal parts.
Electrical system maintenance points
Regularly check whether the insulation layer of the whole vehicle line is worn or damaged to prevent short circuit failure. Test the working status of lights, horns and other electrical components to ensure that night operation or warning function is normal. Pay attention to the heat dissipation of the controller, clean the dust on the heat sink to ensure good heat dissipation, and avoid overheating affecting the service life of the controller.
Consumables Replacement Guide
Battery related consumables replacement
The battery terminal protector needs to be replaced every six months. When replacing, clean the surface of the terminal first, and then apply the protective agent evenly to prevent terminal oxidation. If the electrolyte is insufficient during the use of the battery, a special electrolyte needs to be replenished. The replenishment cycle is adjusted according to the frequency of use. Generally, the liquid level is checked every 3 months, and it is added in time when it is insufficient.
Braking system consumables replacement
The replacement cycle of the brake shoe should be judged according to the frequency of use. When the wear thickness of the shoe is less than one-third of the original thickness, it needs to be replaced in time. The brake fluid should be replaced every 12 months. When replacing, the old fluid should be emptied, and the new fluid that meets the specifications should be injected. The air in the road should be drained side by side to ensure the stable braking effect.
Replacement of hydraulic system consumables
The hydraulic oil should be replaced every 24 months. Before replacement, empty the old oil, clean the inside of the fuel tank, and then inject the new oil of the suitable model. The hydraulic oil filter element needs to be replaced synchronously with the hydraulic oil to prevent the blockage of the filter element from affecting the working efficiency of the hydraulic system. Pay attention to the installation of seals when replacing to avoid oil leakage.
