现在电动叉车已经成为仓储、物流等场景的主流作业设备,动力电池作为电动叉车的核心部件,其成本和寿命直接影响整体运营成本,目前市场主流的磷酸铁锂与三元锂两类叉车电池,在成本和寿命上的差异是很多运营方关心的核心问题。

首先是两类电池的成本差异。

初始采购成本方面,两类电池的定价差异主要来自正极材料成本和能量密度差异。三元锂电池正极材料中含有镍钴等贵重金属,材料成本本身更高,同时相同容量下三元锂电池体积更小、重量更轻,整体生产工艺要求也相对更高,因此同容量的三元锂叉车电池初始采购价,通常比磷酸铁锂叉车电池高出15%到20%左右。

全生命周期成本方面,两者的优劣势会随着使用频率发生变化。如果是日均作业时长较短的低频使用场景,初始采购成本占比更高,两类电池的全周期成本差异和初始成本差异基本一致。如果是日均作业6小时以上的高频使用场景,电池的分摊成本会成为核心,磷酸铁锂电池的单位使用成本会明显更低。

其次是两类电池的寿命差异。

标准循环寿命方面,在常温满充满放的测试工况下,磷酸铁锂叉车电池的循环次数通常可以达到2000到3000次,而三元锂叉车电池的循环次数大多在1200到2000次区间,仅从标准数据来看磷酸铁锂电池的循环寿命优势明显。

实际场景下的使用寿命,会受到环境温度、作业强度的影响出现变化。在冬季气温长期低于0℃的北方地区,如果没有配套的电池保温设施,三元锂电池的低温性能更好,放电效率更高,衰减速度慢于低温环境下的磷酸铁锂电池,两者的实际使用寿命差距会明显缩小。在夏季气温长期高于35℃的南方地区,磷酸铁锂电池的热稳定性更好,衰减速度更慢,实际使用寿命的优势会进一步扩大。

运营方可以结合自身的作业场景、使用频率选择适配的电池类型,在满足作业需求的前提下降低整体运营支出。
