电动叉车的底盘行走系统是保障其高效作业的核心支撑,由驱动轮、转向机构、传动组件、制动装置等多类配件协同运作。日常作业中,受承载负荷、路面状况、维护频次等因素影响,底盘行走配件易出现各类故障,及时排查并采取针对性配件解决方案,能有效延长设备使用寿命,降低运维成本。

驱动轮过度磨损是较为常见的故障,表现为叉车行走时异响明显、行驶轨迹偏移,空载或重载状态下易出现打滑现象。此类故障多与驱动轮轮胎磨损过度、轮辋变形、轮毂轴承间隙过大有关。解决方案为:定期检查轮胎花纹深度,当花纹低于安全阈值时更换同规格轮胎;若轮辋存在变形,需更换适配的轮辋配件;检测轮毂轴承间隙,超出标准范围则更换轴承,并做好轴承的润滑保养工作。

转向卡顿或沉重也是高频故障,主要表现为叉车转向时操作阻力大、转向不顺畅,甚至出现卡滞现象。故障根源多为转向拉杆球头磨损松旷、转向节轴承缺油损坏、转向齿轮齿条组件异常。应对方案为:检查转向拉杆球头的磨损程度,出现明显松旷或过度磨损时及时更换球头配件;对转向节轴承进行润滑保养,若轴承已损坏则更换新轴承;拆解检查转向齿轮齿条,若齿面磨损严重或存在卡滞,更换对应的齿轮齿条组件。

行走动力不足故障通常表现为叉车起步缓慢、重载时无法正常爬坡,行走速度明显下降。该故障多由行走电机碳刷磨损过度、传动齿轮箱齿轮磨损、行走减速器油封漏油导致润滑油不足引发。解决方案包括:定期检查行走电机碳刷的磨损量,当碳刷长度低于规定值时更换碳刷;打开传动齿轮箱检查齿轮磨损情况,若齿面磨损严重或出现断齿,更换对应规格的齿轮配件;检查行走减速器油封,若存在漏油现象,更换油封并补充适配规格的润滑油。

制动失灵或制动距离过长的故障需格外重视,表现为踩下制动踏板后叉车无法及时停住,制动距离超出安全范围。此类故障与制动蹄片磨损过度、制动总泵密封件老化、制动管路存有空气密切相关。应对措施为:检查制动蹄片厚度,低于安全值时更换制动蹄片;拆解制动总泵,若密封件老化失效则更换密封件配件;对制动管路进行排气操作,排出管路内的空气,确保制动系统压力稳定。

日常运维中,除了针对性处理故障外,还应建立定期保养机制,清洁、检查底盘行走配件,提前排查隐患,保障电动叉车稳定运行。
