In the operation system of electric forklift AGV, the electronically controlled jacking module is the core component to realize the vertical transfer of goods, and its structural rationality and maintenance level directly affect the operation efficiency of the equipment.
From the perspective of structural composition, the module is mainly divided into four core parts: one is the power unit, which acts as the power source for the jacking action, mainly composed of a driving motor and a hydraulic pump. The motor drives the hydraulic pump to output pressure oil to provide stable power for the jacking. At the same time, it is equipped with an overload protection device to avoid damage to the parts due to excessive load; the other is the electronic control system, which is the "brain" of the module, including the main controller, position sensor, wiring module and other components. After the controller receives external instructions, it precisely adjusts the jacking speed and position through the height signal fed back by the sensor to ensure the accuracy and synchronicity of the action; the third is the jacking actuator, which is composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a jacking frame and a guide component. The pressure oil drives the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to drive the jacking frame to rise, and the guide component guarantees The stability of the jacking process prevents deviation or shaking; the fourth is the auxiliary sealing components, including YouTube seals, hydraulic cylinder seals, etc., which are responsible for blocking the leakage path of hydraulic oil and maintaining the internal pressure stability of the system.
In terms of maintenance skills, daily preventive maintenance is the key to reducing failures. First of all, check the liquid level and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil regularly. If the oil is turbid or the liquid level is too low, replace or replenish the hydraulic oil that meets the specifications in time; secondly, check the connection status of the electronic control line and tighten the loose terminals to avoid signal transmission failure due to poor contact; also pay attention to the wear of the seals. If cracks or aging are found in the sealing ring, it needs to be replaced in time to prevent hydraulic oil leakage.
When troubleshooting, if there is a weak jacking, first check whether the hydraulic pump is running normally, check whether the motor power supply is stable, and check whether the hydraulic oil circuit is blocked; if the jacking height deviation is too large, it is necessary to recalibrate the position sensor to check whether the installation position of the sensor is offset; if the jacking action is stuck, the impurities on the guide assembly can be cleaned up, and the internal wear of the hydraulic cylinder can be checked. If necessary, disassemble and repair. When operating, it should be noted that the power supply of the equipment must be cut off before maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock; when disassembling the parts, mark them for subsequent assembly; after the maintenance is completed, carry out no-load practice running to confirm that the module action is normal before it can be put into use
