Trong hệ thống vận hành của xe nâng điện AGV, mô-đun nâng điều khiển điện tử là thành phần cốt lõi để thực hiện vận chuyển hàng hóa theo chiều dọc, tính hợp lý cấu trúc và mức độ bảo trì của nó ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến hiệu quả vận hành của thiết bị.

Trong quá trình kiểm tra lỗi, nếu xảy ra tình trạng nâng không thể, trước tiên hãy kiểm tra xem máy bơm thủy lực có hoạt động bình thường không, kiểm tra xem nguồn điện của động cơ có ổn định không, đồng thời kiểm tra xem đường dẫn dầu thủy lực có bị tắc nghẽn hay không; nếu độ lệch chiều cao nâng quá lớn, cần phải hiệu chỉnh lại cảm biến vị trí, kiểm tra xem vị trí lắp đặt của cảm biến có bị lệch không; nếu hành động nâng bị kẹt, bạn có thể làm sạch tạp chất trên thành phần hướng dẫn, kiểm tra xem bên trong xi lanh thủy lực có bị mòn không, khi cần thiết để tháo dỡ và sửa chữa.
