Circuit system maintenance

The temperature difference in the cold storage environment is large, which is prone to condensation adhering to the surface of the equipment. It is necessary to focus on checking whether the circuit connector is loose or corroded every day. After each operation, wipe the water vapor on the surface of the car body in time, and conduct insulation protection inspections on the battery terminals every week to avoid short-circuit failures. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the remaining capacity of the battery. The battery activity will decrease in the low temperature environment. It is necessary to avoid storage at a loss of power. When it is idle for a long time, it can be recharged every half a month.

Hydraulic system maintenance

Under low temperature conditions, the viscosity of hydraulic oil will increase and the fluidity will decrease. It is necessary to check whether the hydraulic oil is emulsified or deteriorated on a daily basis, and replace the hydraulic oil suitable for the low temperature environment in time according to the frequency of use. Run at idle speed for 3 to 5 minutes before each operation, and wait for the hydraulic system to heat up to normal operation before starting the operation. Regularly check YouTube and joints for leakage and cracks to avoid leakage of hydraulic oil and contamination of storage goods.

Body structure maintenance

It is necessary to clean up the ice ballast and debris in the gaps of the door frame, roller and wheel in time to avoid wear and tear of the parts. Apply low temperature resistant grease to the door frame, bearing and other moving parts during each maintenance to reduce the wear speed of the parts. Also check the sensitivity of the brake system regularly, test whether the braking distance is within the normal range, and replace the brake pads with excessive wear in time.

Each time before entering the cold storage operation, check whether the various functions of the forklift are normal, confirm that the lights, horns, brakes, and lifting functions are all correct, and then enter the operation area. At the same time, the operator should wear cold protection equipment in advance to avoid frostbite in the low temperature environment for a long time.

Operation specifications

There may be icing on the surface of the cold storage. When driving, control the speed of the vehicle. The maximum speed should not exceed 5 kilometers per hour. When turning or meeting the car, slow down and honk in advance to avoid sudden braking and sharp steering to prevent the vehicle from slipping. When handling goods, ensure that the goods are stacked smoothly and the weight does not exceed the rated load of the forklift. Overloading operations are strictly prohibited.

After the operation, drive the forklift to the room temperature buffer zone for 15 to 20 minutes, and wait for the condensate on the surface of the car body to dry before cleaning and maintaining. Do not park it directly in the open air or humid areas. Fill in the operation and maintenance records in time, and report for maintenance in time if any hidden dangers are found. Do not let the forklift run with faults.
