Battery life measurement background in daily operation scenarios
Testing environment and condition description
In order to restore the true operation state, the common logistics and warehousing operation environment was selected for this battery life test. Before the test, the vehicle was fully charged, and the operating environment temperature was maintained at 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. The load was standard pallet goods that were stored in daily circulation, and the weight was controlled within the rated load range of the equipment. The whole test process records the operation time and power consumption to ensure the authenticity and reference of the data.
Measured data and analysis of multi-scene battery life
Battery life in conventional warehousing and handling scenarios
In the conventional warehouse handling scenario, the operation process is mainly based on smooth pallet transfer, including a small amount of steering and short-distance movement. The actual measurement shows that the vehicle starts to operate from the full power state, and continuously performs pallet loading and unloading, warehouse transfer and other operations. After the cumulative operation time is about 8 hours, the remaining power is about 15%. This performance can cover the basic operation needs of most small and medium-sized warehouses in a single day, without the need to replenish power halfway.
Battery life in high-frequency start-stop operation scenarios
For high-frequency start-stop operation scenarios, such as order picking in e-commerce warehousing, vehicles need to be started, stopped, and turned frequently, and the operation rhythm is faster. The measured data shows that after about 7 hours of continuous operation of the vehicle in this scenario, the remaining power is about 10%. Even under high-load operation conditions, the battery life performance can still match the work intensity of most warehouses for half a day to a day, reducing the interruption of operations due to charging.
Practical Reference Value of Battery Life Performance
From the measured data, the battery life performance of this lithium battery pallet truck is in line with the actual needs of daily warehousing operations. For warehouses with relatively stable operation rhythms, there is no need to worry about insufficient power for single-day operations; for high-frequency operation scenarios, reasonable planning of the operation period can also avoid the problem of power exhaustion. At the same time, the power consumption of the lithium battery system is relatively stable, and the operator can anticipate the operation time according to the remaining power to improve the rationality of operation planning.
