4.0 ton seat-mounted lithium battery balance forklift EL-Pro40mMAX
The BYD EL-Pro40mMAX is a 4.0-ton ride-on lithium-ion balance forklift truck. It adopts a strengthened body structure and a mature lithium-ion electronic control system. It runs smoothly and is suitable for heavy-duty operation conditions. It can be widely used in large-scale warehousing, industrial manufacturing, building materials logistics, factory transshipment, etc., to complete cargo handling, stacking, and loading and unloading operations.
Core specifications
This equipment is an electric seat-type design, with a rated lifting weight of 4000kg and a load center distance of 500mm. The vehicle contains a total battery weight of 5290kg, a wheelbase of 1770mm, and a front suspension distance of 485mm; the total length of the equipment is 3870mm, excluding the fork length of 2800mm, and the width of the whole machine is 1270mm.
The minimum height of the gantry is 2135mm, the standard lifting height is 3000mm, the maximum height of the gantry is 4120mm, and the free lifting height is 130mm. The minimum ground clearance at the gantry is 135mm, and the minimum ground clearance at the frame is 140mm, which can be adapted to all kinds of conventional road and ramp traffic.

Power and operating performance
The equipment is equipped with 80V/420Ah lithium battery, the battery weight is 308kg, the external size is 695mm500mm687mm, and it is equipped with AC AC electronic control system, which can meet the needs of multi-shift continuous operation. Equipped with 20.5kW drive motor and 26kW lifting motor, the power output is stable.
The vehicle's full-load and no-load travel speeds are both 16km/h; the full-load lifting speed is 380mm/s, and the no-load lifting speed is 450mm/s; the full-load falling speed is 550mm/s, and the no-load falling speed is 450mm/s, resulting in smooth lifting of goods.
The maximum traction force of the whole vehicle is 19000N at full load and 10500N at no load. The climbing capacity is 16% at full load and 20% at no load, which can cope with road conditions such as factory ramps and loading and unloading platforms. The working pressure range of the hydraulic system is 180-195bar, and the system operation state is stable.

The whole vehicle adopts hydraulic braking system, the braking effect is smooth, and it can be adapted to high-frequency start-stop operation scenarios. Solid tires are wear-resistant and durable, and are suitable for a variety of conventional road driving in the factory area.

The driver's position noise is ≤75dB (A), creating a comfortable working environment.
