EA25 Electric Counterbalanced Forklift 2.5 tons
BYD EA25 electric counterbalanced forklift truck, with high intelligence, high safety, high efficiency and low energy consumption as the core design direction, provides stable and reliable material handling solutions for warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and other scenarios.
Power and energy performance
Equipped with a BYD blade battery, the battery features high density, high safety, and excellent cycle life, providing a continuous and stable power output for the forklift.
The battery comes standard with a PTC heating system, which can be adapted to the needs of low-temperature environment operations; the battery protection level can reach IP65, which can adapt to complex working conditions such as dust and splashing water.
The application of a permanent magnet synchronization system can increase work efficiency by 10% to 15%, effectively reducing energy consumption while ensuring operational efficiency.
The drive motor power is 12kW, the lifting motor power is 15kW, and with a 76.8V/210Ah battery, it can meet the needs of long-term continuous operation.
Safety and stability
The standard lifting height of the gantry is 3000mm, the maximum height of the gantry (off the ground) is 4040mm, and the vehicle stability safety factor is 2.2. It runs smoothly under high-level operation conditions, meeting the material handling requirements of most medium and high stations.
Equipped with core components such as reinforced frame, internal combustion drive axle housing, and special tires, the key parts of the body are made of high-strength steel or thickened and enlarged treatment, providing stronger impact resistance and wear resistance, and stable durability.
The rated lifting weight is 2500kg, the load center distance is 500mm, and the full load axle load performance is stable, which can be adapted to 2.5 tons of conventional material handling scenarios; the maximum climbing capacity (S2 = 5min, no load) can reach 18%, meeting the ramp traffic requirements of most factory areas.
The driver's noise is ≤75dB (A), and the mechanical/electric double brake form is adopted, providing reliable braking response and reducing the risk of operation safety.
Operation and maintenance experience
Equipped with a 7-inch color LED display, the work information is clear and easy to read; with semi-enclosed seats, the driving experience is optimized and long-term work fatigue is relieved.
Tool-free removal of hydraulic tank cover and open dashboard design are adopted to facilitate daily maintenance and repair, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
The tire adopts pneumatic tire configuration, the front wheel specification 7.00/12 -12PR, the rear wheel specification 6.00-9 -10PR, which is suitable for the conventional road surface in the factory area, wear-resistant and impact-resistant; the fork size is 40/122/1070mm, which conforms to the ISO2328 standard and has strong versatility.
The minimum turning radius is 2380mm, and the channel width is suitable for 10001200mm horizontal pallet 4100mm and 8001200mm vertical pallet 4300mm, allowing for flexible operation in conventional storage channels.
BYD EA25 electric counterweight forklift, with reliable power, stable safety design, efficient performance and convenient use experience, provides efficient, low-consumption and worry-free operation support for enterprise material handling. It is the practical handling equipment choice in the 2.5-ton scenario.
