First, power and energy performance

  1. Stable and reliable lithium battery configuration
    Equipped with BYD blade battery, the battery has high density, high safety characteristics, excellent cycle life, and provides continuous and stable power output for the forklift. The battery comes standard with a PTC heating system, which can adapt to the needs of low-temperature environment operations; the protection level can reach IP65, which can adapt to complex working conditions such as dust and splashing water.

  2. Energy-efficient drive system
    The application of permanent magnet synchronization system can increase the working efficiency by 10% -15%, effectively reducing the energy consumption level while ensuring the operation efficiency. The drive motor power is 17kW, the lifting motor power is 23kW, and with a 76.8V/210Ah battery, it can meet the needs of long-term continuous operation and adapt to the rhythm of high-intensity factory operations.

II. Safety and stability

  1. Stable performance of heavy duty operation
    The rated lifting weight is 3000kg, the load center distance is 500mm, the standard door frame lifting height is 3000mm, the maximum height of the door frame (off the ground) is 4150mm, and the vehicle stability safety factor is 2.2. It runs smoothly under high-level operating conditions, meeting the material handling requirements of most medium and high workstations.

  2. High-strength body and safety design
    Equipped with reinforced frame, internal combustion drive axle shell, special tires and other core components, the key parts of the body are made of high-strength steel or thickened and enlarged treatment, with stronger impact resistance and wear resistance, and stable durability. The tires are equipped with pneumatic tires, with front wheel specifications 289-15-14 PR and rear wheel specifications 6.50-10 -10PR, which are suitable for conventional road surfaces in the factory area, wear resistance and impact resistance.

  3. Braking and ramp access guarantee
    : Using mechanical/electric double brake form, the braking response is reliable, reducing the risk of operation safety; the maximum climbing capacity (S2 = 5min, no load) can reach 18%, meeting the needs of ramp traffic in most factories. ≤75dB (A) noise at the driver, optimizing the working environment and reducing long-term working fatigue.

  2. Convenient maintenance and user-friendly configuration
    : Adopt tool-free removal of hydraulic fuel tank cover and open dashboard design, which is convenient for daily inspection and maintenance, reduces downtime and improves operation efficiency. Equipped with a 7-inch color LED display screen, the operation information is clear and easy to read; with semi-enclosed seats, optimize the driving experience and relieve long-term work fatigue.
