Maintenance service content and process

Daily maintenance is the basis for ensuring the stable operation of forklifts, mainly covering battery inspection, brake system inspection, tire wear investigation, hydraulic oil level verification and other items. Operators can complete basic inspections before and after daily use to detect minor faults and deal with them in time to avoid the expansion of problems.

Regular maintenance needs to be based on the duration of equipment use and working conditions. Generally, a comprehensive maintenance is required every 500 hours of operation, including motor performance testing, circuit system investigation, transmission parts lubrication and other professional items. This type of maintenance needs to be operated by professionally trained after-sales personnel to ensure that the maintenance quality meets the equipment operating standards.
