Safety inspection before operation
Condition check
Before each operation, a comprehensive vehicle condition check must be carried out. First, check whether the braking system is sensitive and effective, whether there are cards or deviations in the steering system, whether the tire pressure meets the operating standards, whether the gantry slide rail and lifting chain are worn or loose, whether there are traces of leakage in the hydraulic system, whether the power reserve meets the needs of this operation, and confirm that all components are free of failure before starting the vehicle.
Working environment inspection
Before the operation, it is necessary to check the suitability of the operation area in advance to confirm that the ground bearing capacity meets the requirements of vehicle operation. There are no depressions, oil pollution, and scattered debris on the ground that affect traffic. There are no obstacles such as pipelines and beams above the operation area. Calculate the safe distance when the gantry is lifted to the highest position in advance to ensure that the distance from the obstacles above meets the safety standards. All irrelevant personnel in the operation area must be evacuated before starting the operation.
Operating specifications during the operation
Lifting operation specification
Before lifting the goods, confirm that the weight of the goods is within the rated load range of the vehicle. Overloading operations are strictly prohibited. The goods should be neatly stacked and firmly fixed, and the center of gravity should be aligned with the center of the fork arm. Partial load operations are strictly prohibited. When lifting the goods, the fork arm should be completely inserted into the bottom of the goods. After confirming that the goods are placed smoothly, slowly lift them up. During the lifting process, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the gantry. After the goods are lifted to the target height, confirm that they are placed smoothly. There is no human interference around, and then slowly pull away the fork arm. When picking up goods at a high level, first adjust the fork arm to a height flush with the cargo pallet, slowly approach the goods. After inserting the fork arm, lift it slightly to confirm that the goods are fixed securely, and then lift it to the
Driving operation specification
When carrying goods, reduce the goods to a height of 30 to 50 centimeters from the ground, the door frame should be properly tilted back to maintain stability, and maintain a uniform speed during driving. It is strictly forbidden to accelerate, brake, or turn sharply. When passing through corners, entrances, or blind spots, you should slow down and whistle in advance to confirm that no one is passing through before passing. It is strictly forbidden to carry unrelated personnel during driving, and it is strictly forbidden for any personnel to stand or pass under the lifted goods.
Safety management after the job is completed
After the operation, the vehicle should be driven to the designated parking area, the fork arm should be completely dropped to the ground, the door frame should be adjusted to the state of forward tilting to the bottom, the handbrake should be pulled, the vehicle power system should be turned off, and there are no safety hazards in the surrounding area before leaving. If the vehicle is found to be faulty during the operation, it should be reported to the management as soon as possible. It is strictly forbidden for the faulty vehicle to continue to be put into operation. The vehicle should be maintained regularly on a daily basis, and the wear and tear parts should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure that the vehicle is always in good operating condition.
