作业前的安全检查

车况检查

每次作业前必须对车辆进行全面车况排查,首先检查制动系统是否灵敏有效,转向系统是否存在卡顿、偏差问题,轮胎气压是否符合运行标准,门架滑轨、升降链条是否存在磨损、松动情况,液压系统是否有渗漏痕迹,动力储备是否满足本次作业需求,确认所有部件无故障后方可启动车辆。

作业环境检查

作业前要提前排查作业区域的适配性,确认地面承载力符合车辆运行要求,地面无凹陷、油污、散落杂物影响通行,作业区域上方无管线、横梁等障碍物,提前测算门架举升到最高位时的安全距离,确保与上方障碍物的间距符合安全标准,作业区域内的无关人员要全部撤离后才可启动作业。

作业过程中的操作规范

举升作业规范

举升货物前要确认货物重量在车辆额定载重范围内,严禁超载作业,货物要码放整齐、固定牢固,重心与叉臂中心保持对齐,严禁偏载作业。举升货物时要先将叉臂完全插入货物底部,确认货物放置平稳后再缓慢举升,举升过程中门架周边严禁站人,货物举升到目标高度后要确认放置平稳,周边无人员干涉后再缓慢抽离叉臂。高位取货作业时,要先将叉臂调整到与货物托盘平齐的高度,缓慢靠近货物,插入叉臂后先小幅起升确认货物固定稳妥,再提升到通行高度。

行驶作业规范

载货行驶时要将货物降到距离地面30到50厘米的高度,门架适当后倾保持稳定,行驶过程中要保持匀速平稳,严禁急加速、急刹车、急转弯,经过拐角、出入口或者视线盲区时要提前减速鸣笛,确认无人员穿行后再通行。行驶过程中严禁搭载无关人员,严禁任何人员在举升的货物下方站立或者穿行。

作业结束后的安全管理

作业结束后要将车辆行驶到指定的停放区域,将叉臂完全降落到地面,门架调整到前倾到底的状态,拉好手刹,关闭车辆动力系统,确认周边无安全隐患后再离开。如果作业过程中发现车辆存在故障,要第一时间上报管理方,严禁故障车辆继续投入作业,日常要定期对车辆进行维护保养,及时更换磨损超限的部件,确保车辆始终处于良好的运行状态。
