Key points of daily battery maintenance
Charge status verification
Each time before charging the device, it is necessary to confirm that the charging device interface and battery interface are not deformed or corroded, and then start the charging program after being plugged in. Do not plug and unplug the interface at will during the charging process to avoid current fluctuations damaging internal components. During the charging process, personnel should be arranged to inspect it from time to time, and do not stack flammable and explosive items in the charging area to avoid potential safety hazards.
Daily cleaning and visual inspection
After each operation, use a dry soft cloth to wipe the dust and water stains accumulated on the surface area of the battery shell, regularly check whether the battery shell has any signs of bumping and cracking, and whether the fixing bolts are loose. Once leakage or shell damage is found, stop using it immediately, contact professional maintenance personnel to deal with it, and do not disassemble the battery components by yourself.
Charge and discharge parameter control
In daily use, it is necessary to avoid booster charging after the battery is completely exhausted. When it is idle for a long time, it is necessary to replenish the power every half month to maintain the remaining power at 60% to 80% of the rated capacity. Do not store the device in an environment with a temperature higher than 40 degrees Celsius or lower than zero degrees Celsius for a long time to avoid battery activity.
Routine inspection of basic items
Appearance inspection before starting
Before starting the equipment every day, check the appearance of the body's surrounding protective parts, tires, and lifting forks to ensure that there is no obvious deformation or cracking, the tire pressure is in the rated range, and all operating handles are in the initial zero state. Start the power supply after there is no blocking debris around, and do not start the equipment with hidden dangers.
running state dynamic verification
After the equipment is started, the sensitivity of the braking and steering systems should be tested in situ to confirm that the lighting and warning sound functions are normal. Under empty load conditions, the lifting and tilting movements of the lifting gantry should be tested in a small area to see if they are smooth. If abnormal noises are found during operation, they should be pulled over for investigation as soon as possible.
end-of-job verification
After the end of the daily operation, the fork should be completely landed, the parking brake should be pulled up, the main power supply should be turned off, and the debris contaminated on the surface of the vehicle body should be cleaned up. It should be parked in the designated area regularly to check whether there are any wear marks on the outer insulation skin of the line, and minor hidden dangers should be dealt with in time to avoid subsequent failures.
