Power system anomaly investigation

If the equipment has a weak start and battery life decay is too fast, first check whether the battery terminals are loose and oxidized, confirm that the battery electrolyte level is in the standard range, check whether the motor cooling channel is blocked by debris, and do not disassemble the power core components without permission. If the problem still exists after investigation, contact professional operation and maintenance personnel to avoid unnecessary component damage.

Abnormal investigation of hydraulic system

If the equipment has a lifting card and automatically slides down when bearing load, first check whether the hydraulic oil level is up to standard, check whether there are any leakage marks on the YouTube interface, clean up the debris attached to the air inlet of the hydraulic tank, and confirm that the travel switch of the operating handle is not stuck by foreign objects. Do not touch the high-pressure oil circuit with your bare hands during investigation to avoid being injured by residual hydraulic oil splashing.

Abnormal investigation of electronic control system

If the device reports an error on the display screen or the button does not respond, first power off and restart to observe whether it is restored, check whether the outer skin of the wiring harness of the whole vehicle is worn or damaged, confirm that the emergency power off button has not been accidentally touched, and do not change the electronic control program parameters without permission to avoid triggering the system to report an unknown error and affect the subsequent normal use.

Before each operation, it is necessary to go around the car to check the tire wear, confirm that the braking distance meets the safety standards, test whether the lights and sounding devices are available normally, and do not start the equipment operation with malfunctions. After all the inspection items are confirmed to be normal, they are put into the handling operation to avoid safety hazards from the source.

Regular maintenance operation specification

Replace the hydraulic oil and brake oil according to the instructions for use of the equipment, clean the dust and water on the surface of the battery in time, and add suitable grease to each running transmission part to avoid dust and debris entering the internal parts and causing additional losses. All maintenance operations must be carried out in a power-off state to ensure the safety of operation and maintenance personnel.

Long-term parking protection requirements

If the device is not used for more than a week, charge the battery to a range of 50% to 70%, park it in a dry and ventilated area without water accumulation, reduce the fork to the lowest position, release the handbrake to fix the wheel block, and replenish the battery once a month to avoid excessive battery power loss and prolong the overall service life of the device.
