The BYD EL-Pro18S MAX is a 1.8-ton ride-on lithium-ion balance forklift with a compact fuselage layout, flexible steering, and stable operation. It is suitable for warehousing and logistics, light manufacturing, food cold chain, and material turnover in factories. It can meet the needs of conventional cargo handling, stacking operations, and convenient daily operation and maintenance of equipment.

     This equipment adopts electric seat-type design, with a rated lifting weight of 1.8t and a load center distance of 500mm. The total weight of the vehicle including the battery is 3105kg, the wheelbase is 1400mm, the length of the fork is 2083mm, and the width of the whole machine is 1130mm.

    The minimum height of the gantry is 2020mm, the height of the top frame is 2050mm, the standard lifting height is 3000mm, the maximum height of the gantry is 3985mm from the ground, and the free lifting height is 120mm, which can be adapted to low space operations. The ground clearance between the gantry and the frame is 95mm, which can pass smoothly on conventional roads.

    Minimum turning radius 1710mm, flexible steering. Suitable for 10001200mm horizontal pallet working channel width 3405mm, 8001200mm vertical pallet working channel width 3530mm. Fork specification 40/100/1070mm, in line with ISO2328 standard, fork rack width 1000mm, good versatility.      The equipment is equipped with 80V/270Ah lithium battery, the battery weight is 210kg, and it is equipped with AC electronic control system, which can support multi-shift continuous operation. Dual 5kW drive motors and 15kW lifting motors are used, and the power output is stable.

    The vehicle's full-load and no-load travel speed is 16km/h; the full-load lifting speed is 450mm/s, and the no-load lifting speed is 500mm/s; the full-load falling speed is 530mm/s, and the no-load falling speed is 500mm/s, and the cargo lifting process is smooth. The vehicle's full-load traction is 9.0N, the no-load traction is 6.8N, the full-load climbing capacity is 16%, and the no-load climbing capacity is 20%. III. Safety and structural configuration

      The equipment adopts a hydraulic braking system with smooth braking response, which can meet the needs of high-frequency start-stop operations. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 16MPa, and the system operates stably. The driver's position noise is ≤75dB (A) to optimize the working environment. The whole vehicle is equipped with a compliance roof guard, combined with a transparent door frame design, to reduce visual blind spots and improve work safety.

       The seat is 985mm above the ground, and with the chassis shock absorption structure, it can reduce the fatigue caused by long-term operation. The control layout of the whole machine is simple, the operation is light, and the difficulty of getting started is low.
