First, power and energy performance
This model is equipped with BYD blade battery, which has stable energy density, high safety attributes, and long cycle life, providing continuous and stable power output for forklifts. The battery is equipped with a PTC heating system, which can adapt to the needs of low temperature environment operations, and the protection level can reach IP65, which can adapt to complex working conditions such as dust and splashing water.
The equipment adopts a permanent magnet synchronous electronic control system, which has stable operation efficiency and effective control of energy consumption levels. The drive motor power is 20kW, the lifting motor power is 27kW, and it is matched with a 76.8V/420Ah battery pack (battery weight 308kg, size 695500687mm), which can support long-term continuous operation and meet the needs of high-frequency heavy-duty handling. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 180bar, and the power output is stable and abundant.
II. Safety and operational stability
The rated lifting weight of the vehicle is 4000kg, the distance between the load center is 500mm, the standard lifting height of the gantry is 3000mm, and the maximum height of the gantry is 4150mm from the ground. The high-level operation is smooth. The whole vehicle adopts a reinforced frame structure, and the key parts are thickened and reinforced. With special pneumatic tires (front wheel specification 250-15-16 PR, rear wheel specification 6.50-10 -12PR), the impact resistance and wear resistance are good, and the overall structure is durable and reliable.

IV. Operation and daily maintenance
