新能源叉车作为物流仓储领域常用的作业设备,若因业务调整、淡季等原因需要长期停放,若没有采取规范的维护措施,很容易出现电瓶亏电、部件老化锈蚀等问题,影响后续的正常使用,甚至缩短车辆整体使用寿命。

首先要做好停放前的预处理工作。

要做好电源系统的养护,电源是新能源叉车的核心部件,长期停放前需将电瓶电量充至60%至70%,避免满电存放导致的电芯过度损耗,也不能亏电停放引发电瓶硫化失效;完成充电后要断开车辆总电源,拔掉负极接线,避免线路长期待电出现跑电情况,后续每月都要定期检查电瓶剩余电量,当电量低于50%时及时补充电量,始终维持电瓶的健康状态。

要做好全车清洁工作,将车身表面的灰尘、污渍,以及叉臂、轮轴缝隙中残留的货物碎屑彻底清理干净,检查车身表面是否有磕碰掉漆的位置,及时做防锈补漆处理,避免长期停放出现锈蚀;同时将操作面板、座椅等内饰区域擦拭干净,清理掉驾驶舱内的杂物,避免潮湿环境下出现发霉、异味问题。

其次要做好停放期间的定期运维。

要做好核心部件的常规检查,每月检查轮胎气压,维持在厂家规定的标准气压范围内,避免轮胎长期受压不均出现变形开裂;检查液压系统管路、接头位置是否有漏油、松动的情况,手动测试制动踏板、转向装置的灵活性,避免部件长期静置出现卡滞问题。

要选对存放环境,尽量将车辆停放在干燥通风、防雨防晒的室内场地,不要放置在潮湿、露天或者有腐蚀性气体的环境中,避免线路受潮短路,也减少阳光暴晒导致的塑料、橡胶部件老化开裂,车辆周围不要堆放易燃易爆物品,消除安全隐患。

最后要做好重新启用前的检查工作。长期停放的新能源叉车重新使用前,首先要检查电源接线是否完好无松动,通电后逐一测试升降、转向、制动等功能是否正常,确认电瓶电压符合运行标准后,先低速空载运行10到15分钟,确认各个部件运行状态都无异常后,再正式投入作业。做好以上全流程的维护工作,就能够有效减少新能源叉车长期停放带来的不必要损耗,降低后续维修成本,有效延长车辆的使用周期。
