电动叉车是仓储、物流场景中常用的作业设备,规范落实日常保养不仅能减少故障停机时间,还能提升作业安全系数,降低长期使用成本。

每日必做保养项目

作业前检查环节,开机前首先要查看车身外观有没有磕碰变形,轮胎气压是否处于正常区间,轮毂螺丝有没有松动迹象。其次要测试制动踏板的行程和灵敏度,确认手刹可以正常锁止,再检查喇叭、灯光、转向灯等警示装置能否正常运行,最后查看仪表盘的故障提示,确认剩余电量可以满足当日作业需求。

作业后检查环节,每天收车后要及时清理车身表面的灰尘、杂物和水渍,尤其要清理干净电机、电控部位的堆积杂物,避免影响散热。还要查看液压系统有没有漏油痕迹,叉臂、门架有没有变形或裂纹,最后将车辆停放在平整干燥的指定区域,拉好手刹,把叉臂降至地面后关闭总电源。

每周保养项目

首先要做部件紧固检查,对车身各个连接部位的螺丝进行逐一紧固,重点关注门架链条、转向系统、传动系统的连接部件,避免松动带来作业风险。其次要检查液压油的液位是否在正常区间,不足时补充同型号液压油,搭载铅酸电池的车型还要检查电解液液位,低于刻度线时补充蒸馏水,同时清理电池极柱上的氧化物,涂抹防护脂避免腐蚀。

每月保养项目

首先要做性能检测,对制动系统进行全面测试,检查制动片的磨损程度,磨损到警戒值时及时更换,还要测试转向系统的灵活性,排查有没有卡顿、跑偏的情况,及时调整部件间隙。其次要做损耗件排查,检查轮胎的磨损情况,出现鼓包、裂纹或者花纹磨平的情况及时更换,清理液压油过滤器,出现堵塞或过滤效果下降的情况及时更换,同时对门架、链条等活动部位加注润滑脂,减少摩擦损耗。

年度保养项目

每年要对整车做全面性能检测,由专业维修人员对电机、电控、液压系统做全方位故障排查,更换老化的密封件、线路,更换全部液压油和润滑油,对整车安全性能做全面评估,排除潜在安全隐患。
