门架节数设计

常规低位作业的前移式叉车多采用两节门架,针对十米以上的高位堆垛需求,会采用三节、四节伸缩式门架结构。这类门架内置对称布置的链轮、链条传动组件,可保证伸缩过程的同步性,减少单侧受力不均的问题。门架主体多采用高强度低合金槽钢轧制而成,具备较强的抗弯、抗扭性能,可承受大载荷下的结构形变压力。不同节段之间布置有多组承载滚轮与侧滚轮,可降低伸缩摩擦阻力,减少运行晃动幅度。

起升导向结构
