对于高频投入仓储、厂区物流作业的3吨电动叉车来说,规范的日常维护不仅能降低故障发生率,还能有效延长设备整体使用寿命,不少一线运维人员对不同维度的保养节点划分不够清晰,很容易出现漏保、超期服役的问题,接下来就对全周期的保养要点做明确梳理。

日常例行点检的保养周期要求

每日班前检查属于基础维护节点,每次启动作业前要完成常规检查,内容包含电量剩余情况,刹车灵敏度,轮胎磨损状态,转向灯、警示音是否正常,货叉链条松紧度是否达标,发现异常立刻停机处置,不要带故障作业,避免引发安全隐患。

每周常规点检要利用每周停工的空档开展,对车身外观、电池散热口、操作手柄回位情况做全面排查,及时清理散热部位堆积的灰尘杂物,避免部件堵塞引发过热问题,同时核对一周内的故障记录,对小问题做及时处置,避免问题扩大。

定期分级维护的周期划分

满30个作业日或者累计作业时长达到100小时之后,开展月度保养,内容包含检查各连接部位的固件松紧度,补充液压系统的专用油量,测试各仪表的显示精准度,对行驶路径的运转部位做润滑处理,保障运行顺滑度。

累计作业时长达到300小时之后开展季度保养,重点对电池的电芯电压差做检测,调整刹车行程,清理液压阀内部的残留杂质,排查线束接头的氧化情况,及时更换出现老化迹象的线路,规避漏电、接触不良类故障。

累计作业时长达到1200小时或者投入使用满一年之后,开展全车身深度维护,对所有安全部件做性能校验,排查结构件的隐形损伤,必要时更换达到使用寿命的易损件,确保下一年度的作业安全性。如果是在重载、多尘的特殊工况下使用,可以适当缩短各类保养的间隔周期,结合实际使用情况调整维护节奏,就能最大化保障设备的运行稳定性。
