일상적인 검사를 위한 유지 관리 주기 요구 사항

일일 교대 전 점검은 기본 유지 관리 노드입니다. 작동을 시작하기 전에 남은 출력, 브레이크 감도, 타이어 마모 상태, 방향 지시등과 경고음이 정상인지, 포크 체인의 조임이 표준에 부합하는지 등 정기 점검을 완료해야 합니다. 이상이 발견되면 즉시 기계가 종료됩니다. 잠재적인 안전 위험을 피하기 위해 고장으로 작동하지 마십시오.

누적 작동 시간이 300시간에 도달한 후에는 분기별 유지보수를 수행하여 배터리 셀 전압 차이 감지, 브레이크 스트로크 조정, 유압 밸브 내부의 잔류 불순물 청소, 배선 하니스 조인트의 산화 확인, 누출 및 불량 접촉 결함을 방지하기 위해 적시에 노화 징후로 라인을 교체합니다.
