日常作业操作规范

轻缓操作减少负载冲击

日常作业过程中,尽量避免频繁急加速、急刹车、长时间大负载爬坡等操作,这类行为会瞬间拉高电池的输出负载,加剧电芯的不必要损耗。作业过程中如果收到设备的低电量预警提示,要第一时间停止高负载作业,平缓驾驶前往充电区域,不要强行带大负荷作业耗尽剩余电量。

每次交接班作业前,都要简单对电池周边的线路连接、外壳完好度做目视检查,确认没有线路松动、外壳磕碰破损、渗液等异常情况,如果发现异常要第一时间通知运维人员处理,不要带着故障状态继续作业。

充电环节养护要点

遵循正确充电流程

充电前先确认配套充电设备状态正常,连接充电插头的时候要对准接口插紧,避免出现虚接发热的情况。充电过程中不要随意断开连接,尽量单次将电量充至满格,不要频繁半充半拔,减少不规范充电带来的损耗。

把控合适充电温度

充电过程中尽量保持周边环境通风阴凉,避免在高温暴晒或者零下低温的环境下直接充电,等电池本身温度回落至常温区间后,再开展充电作业,更有利于稳定保护电芯性能。

闲置存放注意事项

调整存放剩余电量

如果叉车需要长时间搁置不使用,要提前把电池电量调整至40%到60%的区间,不要满电或者完全亏电长期存放,每隔半个月左右要补充一次电量,避免电芯长期亏电出现不可逆的性能损耗。

选择合规存放区域

闲置的叉车要停放在干燥通风、无积水无暴晒的指定区域,电池周边不要堆放易燃易爆物品,定期做外观巡检,确认存放期间没有出现异常状况。

长期坚持按照规范操作养护,就能在符合产品设计使用周期的前提下,尽可能拉长电池的使用时长,降低整体的设备使用成本,为日常仓储、厂区转运等作业带来更稳定的支撑。
