Daily operation specifications
Gentle operation to reduce load shock
In the daily operation process, try to avoid frequent sudden acceleration, sudden braking, and long-term heavy load climbing operations, which will instantly raise the output load of the battery and increase the unnecessary loss of the battery cell. If you receive a low battery warning prompt from the equipment during the operation, stop the high-load operation as soon as possible, drive slowly to the charging area, and do not force the heavy load operation to exhaust the remaining power.
Before each shift operation, it is necessary to conduct a simple visual inspection of the line connection and shell integrity around the battery to confirm that there are no abnormal situations such as loose lines, shell damage, or seepage. If any abnormalities are found, the operation and maintenance personnel should be notified as soon as possible to deal with them. Do not continue the operation with a fault state.
Maintenance points in the charging process
Follow the correct charging process
Before charging, confirm that the supporting charging equipment is in normal condition. When connecting the charging plug, align it with the interface and plug it tightly to avoid virtual connection heating. Do not disconnect the connection at will during the charging process, try to charge the battery to full capacity at a single time, and do not frequently half charge and half pull to reduce the loss caused by irregular charging.
Control the appropriate charging temperature
During the charging process, try to keep the surrounding environment ventilated and cool, avoid direct charging in high temperature exposure or sub-zero temperature environments, and wait for the battery itself to drop to the normal temperature range before charging, which is more conducive to stable protection of battery performance.
Precautions for idle storage
Adjust the remaining storage power
If the forklift needs to be put on hold for a long time, it is necessary to adjust the battery power to a range of 40% to 60% in advance, do not fully charge or completely lose power for long-term storage, and replenish the power every half month or so to avoid irreversible performance loss due to long-term battery loss.
Select compliance stowage area
Idle forklifts should be parked in a dry and ventilated area without water accumulation and sun exposure. Do not stack flammable and explosive items around the battery, and conduct regular appearance inspections to confirm that there are no abnormal conditions during storage.
Long-term adherence to standard operation and maintenance can extend the battery life as much as possible, reduce the overall equipment cost, and provide more stable support for daily warehousing, factory transfer, and other operations, provided that the product design life cycle is met.
