作业前基础检查要点

外观与结构检查

每次出车前首先绕车检查整体外观,查看车身、门架、货叉部位是否有明显变形、裂纹,紧固螺栓是否存在松动脱落情况,核对轮胎气压是否符合标准,胎面有没有嵌入尖锐异物,避免作业过程中出现爆胎、结构件断裂等风险。

动力与安全装置检查

根据动力类型检查对应的能源余量,燃油叉车核对柴油、润滑油、冷却液液位是否正常,电动叉车检查电池电量是否满足作业需求,随后测试刹车踏板的制动灵敏度,核对灯光、喇叭、警示灯等安全装置是否能正常触发,确认转向系统无卡顿后再启动作业。

作业中及收车后维保要点

运行状态监测

作业过程中要留意叉车的运行状态,听是否存在发动机、电机、液压系统的异常异响,闻是否有焦糊、漏油漏液产生的异味,感受转向、货叉升降动作是否顺畅,一旦出现异常要立即停靠到安全区域停机排查,严禁设备带病作业,避免小问题演变成大故障。

收车后清理排查

当日作业结束后,要将货叉降至地面平稳停靠到指定区域,熄火或断开总电源,清理车身表面附着的灰尘、货物碎屑以及洒落的液态物料,仔细检查底盘、管路部位是否存在漏油、漏液痕迹,记录当日设备运行中出现的异常情况,方便后续维保人员针对性排查。

定期深度维保要点

易损件更换

按照设备使用手册要求的时长或作业小时数,定期更换机油、液压油、各类过滤滤芯,对刹车片、密封件、轮胎等易损耗部件进行磨损程度检测,一旦磨损到安全阈值就要及时更换,不要为了压缩成本拖延更换,反而引发更高的故障维修成本。

安全性能校验

每间隔固定周期要对叉车的安全性能做全面校验,测试刹车系统的制动力是否符合标准,检查升降油缸是否存在泄压情况,核对安全带、过载保护装置等安全部件功能是否正常,深度维保建议由持有对应资质的操作人员开展,不要私自拆解核心部件,避免造成设备损坏或安全隐患。
