在常规作业工况、日常使用规范的前提下,3吨锂电叉车配套的锂电池,循环充放电次数通常在2000次到3000次区间,折算成实际使用时长,大多可以达到5年到8年。实际使用中寿命会受多种因素影响,如果长期存在不规范操作、极端环境作业、负载超标等情况,电池的衰减速度会明显加快,使用寿命也会对应缩短。

延长电池寿命的保养方法

规范充电操作

日常作业时尽量避免电池过度放电,当剩余电量在20%左右时就可以安排充电,不要将电量完全耗尽再充电,否则会对电池内部材料造成不可逆的损伤。充电时也要避免过充,充满后及时断开电源,不要长期连接充电器,同时要使用匹配的充电设备,不要混用参数不符的充电器。

注意作业环境适配

尽量避免让电池长期处于极端温度环境下作业,环境温度低于零下20摄氏度或者高于45摄氏度时,都会影响电池内部活性,不仅会临时降低放电容量,长期下来还会加速电池衰减,缩短使用寿命。

做好日常检查清理

每次使用叉车前后,可以简单查看电池外壳有没有破损、漏液情况,接线端口有没有松动氧化的问题。每隔一段时间及时清理电池表面的灰尘、油污,保持电池表面干燥整洁,避免杂物堆积引发短路风险。

合理控制作业负载

日常作业不要长期超过额定负载运行,超载会让电池长期处于大电流放电状态,加速内部结构损耗。如果车辆需要长期闲置,要先将电池充满电再存放,之后每隔1到2个月补充一次电量,避免电池长期处于亏电状态。
