Basic instructions for scene adaptation of multi-layer shelves
Many high-level storage areas will be equipped with multi-layer shelves of different heights to maximize the use of vertical space for storing goods. This electric forklift has been designed for the use of multi-layer shelves in the design stage. The lifting stroke of the gantry can cover the high-level access requirements of conventional multi-layer shelves. The compact turning radius of the vehicle body is also suitable for the conventional operation channels reserved between the shelves. It can complete the whole set of steering, alignment, and picking and placing without the need for additional channels. It is suitable for most of the ordinary multi-layer shelf storage sites that have been built.
General Job Load Capability Description
Rated load performance
Under the standard counterweight configuration, the load parameters of the equipment are in line with the publicly marked values, allowing for the smooth access of the entire pallet of goods with full load when working on the first and second shelves of the lower floor height. When working on the high shelves of the third floor and above, the appropriate working load can be adjusted accordingly to ensure that the lifting process is smooth and free of shaking, and most conventional goods in daily storage circulation can be covered.
Continuous operation battery life performance
In a conventional room temperature storage environment, the equipment can cover the needs of regular single-shift multi-layer shelf access operations after being fully charged, without the need for temporary power replenishment in the middle. After a long period of continuous operation, the lifting and walking movements can also maintain a stable response, without operation delays, and adapt to the regular operation rhythm of the storage site.
Practical reference for scenario-based jobs
Shelf alignment operation points
When using the equipment to access the goods on the multi-layer shelves, the operator confirms in advance that the horizontal position of the fork is aligned with the tray slot, and then lifts the door frame at a uniform speed. When working at a high level, the walking speed is controlled to be lower than the conventional flat ground transfer speed, which further enhances the safety of the operation and reduces the risk of falling goods.
Daily maintenance precautions
After each operation, park the equipment in the designated charging area, promptly clean the goods debris left in the forks and door frames, and regularly check the tightness of the lifting chain to maintain the stable operation state of the equipment for a long time and prolong the overall service life.
