多層棚シーン適応基礎説明

多くの高レベルの保管エリアには、垂直スペースを最大限に活用して商品を保管するために、高さの異なる多層棚が設置されています。この電動フォークリフトは、多層棚の使用シナリオに合わせて設計段階で方向調整されています。ゲートシェルフのリフトストロークは、従来の多層シェルフの高レベルアクセス要件をカバーできます。車体のコンパクトな回転半径は、シェルフ間に予約された従来の操作チャネルにも適合します。これにより、ステアリング、位置合わせ、商品のピックアップとドロップのアクション全体を完了できます。チャネルを拡張する必要はありません。これは、ほとんどの完成した通常の多層シェルフ保管サイトに適合します。

オペレーターが機器を使用して多層棚の商品にアクセスする場合は、フォークの水平位置がパレットスロットと整列していることを事前に確認してから、ゲートフレームを一定速度で持ち上げ、歩行速度を制御します。高い位置での作業中の通常の平地輸送速度よりも低く、作業の安全性をさらに向上させ、商品の落下のリスクを減らします。

日常のメンテナンスに関する注意事項

各操作の後、機器を指定された充電エリアに駐車し、フォークやドアフレームの隙間に残っている破片を時間内に清掃し、リフトチェーンの締め具合を定期的に確認します。これにより、機器の安定した動作状態を長期間維持できます。、および全体的な耐用年数を延長します。
