Preparation for maintenance
Before carrying out the maintenance of the AGV electronic control jacking module, three basic preparations need to be completed. First, dock the AGV in the designated maintenance area, cut off the main power supply of the equipment and hang the "Do not close" warning sign to avoid safety accidents caused by accidental start during the maintenance process. Second, prepare suitable maintenance tools, including multimeters, torque wrenches, cleaning brushes, insulation detectors, etc., and prepare the equipment operation manual for easy access to component parameters and operating specifications. Finally, make a safety disclosure to the maintenance personnel, clarify the operation points and emergency response methods, and ensure the safety of the maintenance process compliance.
Second, the core components are checked item by item
Inspection of core components is a key link in maintenance, and potential hidden dangers need to be investigated one by one. First check the jacking motor, observe whether the appearance of the motor is damaged or corroded, touch the motor shell with your hand to determine whether the temperature is normal, and detect the insulation resistance of the windings through a multimeter to ensure that the value meets the requirements of the equipment. Secondly, check the jacking sensor to confirm that the sensor is firmly installed and not loose, clean the dust and oil in the induction area, test whether the sensor signal feedback is accurate, and calibrate in time if there is any deviation. In addition, check the electronic control circuit to see if the outer skin of the line is worn and the joints are loose, and use an insulation detector to detect the insulation performance of the line to avoid short-circuit hidden dangers. If the jacking module is equipped with a hydraulic system, it is also necessary to check whether the hydraulic pipeline leaks oil and whether the hydraulic oil
III. Comprehensive test of jacking function
After the parts inspection is completed, the lifting function test needs to be carried out to verify the running status of the module. First, carry out the no-load test, connect the power supply of the equipment, operate the AGV to complete multiple lifting and lowering actions, observe whether the lifting process is stable, whether there is any abnormal sound or card, and confirm that the lifting height meets the set value. Then carry out the heavy-load test, place the rated weight load on the AGV bearing platform, and repeat the lifting and lowering operations to check whether the lifting speed is stable and the accuracy in place is up to standard. At the same time, observe whether the operation feedback of the motor and sensor is normal. Finally, carry out the limit function test, trigger the lifting limit switch, and confirm that the equipment can stop the lifting action in time to avoid damage to the parts during overstroke operation.
IV. Maintenance and recording
After the test is completed, first cut off the power supply of the equipment, remove the warning signs, organize the maintenance tools and return them. Then check the appearance and status of the equipment again, confirm that there is no legacy problem, turn on the power supply, and conduct an no-load practice run to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Finally, improve the maintenance records, record the maintenance date, inspection parts status, found problems and treatment measures, test results, etc., to provide a reference for subsequent regular maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensure the long-term stable operation of AGV equipment.
