一、检修前期准备

开展AGV电控顶升模组检修前,需完成三项基础准备工作。首先,将AGV停靠在指定检修区域,切断设备总电源并悬挂“禁止合闸”警示标识,避免检修过程中误启动引发安全事故。其次,准备适配的检修工具,包括万用表、扭矩扳手、清洁毛刷、绝缘检测仪等,同时备好设备操作手册,便于查阅部件参数与操作规范。最后,对检修人员进行安全交底,明确操作要点与应急处置方式,确保检修过程合规安全。

二、核心部件逐项检查

核心部件检查是检修的关键环节,需逐一排查潜在隐患。首先检查顶升电机,观察电机外观是否存在破损、锈蚀,用手触摸电机外壳判断温度是否正常,通过万用表检测绕组绝缘电阻,确保数值符合设备要求。其次检查顶升传感器,确认传感器安装牢固无松动,清洁感应区域的灰尘与油污,测试传感器信号反馈是否精准,若存在偏差及时进行校准。此外,需检查电控线路,查看线路外皮是否磨损、接头是否松动,用绝缘检测仪检测线路绝缘性能,避免短路隐患。若顶升模组配备液压系统,还需检查液压管路是否漏油,液压油液位是否处于正常范围。

三、顶升功能全面测试

完成部件检查后,需进行顶升功能测试,验证模组运行状态。首先进行空载测试,接通设备电源,操作AGV完成多次顶升、下降动作,观察顶升过程是否平稳,有无异响或卡顿,确认顶升高度符合设定值。随后进行重载测试,在AGV承载平台放置额定重量的负载,重复顶升、下降操作,检查顶升速度是否稳定,到位精度是否达标,同时观察电机、传感器的运行反馈是否正常。最后进行限位功能测试,触发顶升限位开关,确认设备能及时停止顶升动作,避免超行程运行损坏部件。

四、检修收尾与记录

测试完成后,先切断设备电源,拆除警示标识,整理检修工具并归位。随后再次检查设备外观与部件状态,确认无遗留问题后接通电源,进行一次空载试运行,确保设备运行正常。最后完善检修记录,详细记录检修日期、检查部件状态、发现的问题及处理措施、测试结果等内容,为后续定期检修与故障排查提供参考依据,保障AGV设备长期稳定运行。
