With the development of the warehousing and logistics industry, electric lithium-ion forklifts have become a popular choice for many enterprises for handling operations due to their advantages of low energy consumption, zero emissions, and low noise. Many purchasers are at a loss when selecting various labeled parameters. It is easy to choose products that do not meet the needs of use due to misjudgment parameters. By mastering the viewing logic of core parameters, they can avoid most purchase errors.
Battery-related parameters are the first check items
First look at the battery capacity and cycle life. Don't just look at the marked ampere hours alone, but calculate the actual energy storage size in combination with the rated voltage. At the same time, confirm the test standard of cycle life, and make it clear that it is the test value under the rated discharge rate and conventional temperature environment. Avoid selecting products with false standard parameters.
Secondly, look at the battery protection level. Different operating scenarios have different requirements for battery protection capabilities. If there is moisture, dust, or occasional splashing in the warehouse, it is necessary to confirm whether the test scenario of the protection level is suitable for your own operating environment. Don't just look at the value and choose blindly.
The operation parameters of the whole vehicle should be checked in combination with the use scene
First check the rated load and the load center distance. The rated load marked is the maximum load bearing under the standard load center distance. If the daily handling of goods has a high center of gravity and a large size, the expected weight that can be carried should be appropriately reduced to avoid the risk of rollover during operation.
Secondly, check the lifting height and climbing ability. It is necessary to clearly mark whether the maximum lifting height is the value under full load or no load, and confirm that the full load lifting height matches the shelf height of your own warehouse. If there is a ramp in the operation area, refer to the degree of climbing under full load. The reference value of no-load climbing parameters is limited.
The battery life and charging parameters should confirm the test conditions. Don't just look at the nominal battery life, but ask about the specific working conditions of the test, whether it is continuous full load operation time or no load driving time, and judge whether it is enough according to its own daily operation intensity. The charging parameters should distinguish between the time of fast charging to 80% and the time of full charge. If there is a need to replenish power during the operation gap, you can give priority to products that support charging and use.
When purchasing an electric lithium forklift, don't blindly pursue low prices. You must check the test conditions of the core parameters one by one in combination with your own operating scenarios and usage intensity in order to choose a product with strong adaptability, reliability and durability, and reduce subsequent use and maintenance costs.
