Anti-skid and space adaptability. Cold storage floors are prone to frost and skid, and forklift tires need to have stronger anti-skid performance. At the same time, in order to improve storage space utilization, the channel width of most cold storage is narrow, and forklifts need to have a smaller turning radius to fit a compact working space.
Adaptation scenarios for different types of electric forklifts
Suitable models for short-distance transshipment operations. If the flat-layer cold storage only needs to complete cargo loading and unloading and short-distance transshipment, you can choose a standing electric truck. This type of vehicle is small and flexible, with a small turning radius, suitable for working in narrow passages.
Suitable for stacking operations. If there are mid-level shelves in the cold storage and the goods stacking operation needs to be completed, a counterbalanced electric forklift can be selected, which has a strong bearing capacity and can be adapted to the stacking and transshipment needs of medium-weight goods. If the cold storage is equipped with high-level shelves, a forward-moving electric forklift is preferred, with a higher lifting height, a more compact body and higher space utilization.
