Troubleshooting of walking system

When the forklift is weak or running off, first observe the degree of wear of the drive wheel. If the tire pattern is too worn, it needs to be replaced in time. At the same time, check whether the parameter settings of the walking controller are within the normal range. If the parameters are abnormal, calibrate according to the operation manual. In addition, pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise in the drive motor. If there is abnormal noise, it may be that the internal parts of the motor are worn, and you need to contact a professional for maintenance.

Hydraulic system troubleshooting

If the forklift fork lifts slowly or cannot be lifted, first check whether the hydraulic oil level is within the specified range. If the liquid level is too low, add hydraulic oil that meets the specifications. At the same time, check whether the hydraulic oil filter element is blocked, and replace the filter element regularly to avoid impurities from entering the hydraulic system. If the above are normal, check whether the hydraulic pump is under pressure, and check the pressure value through the pressure gauge. If the pressure is low, the hydraulic pump needs to be maintained.
