常见故障排查

动力系统故障排查

若叉车出现无法启动的情况,首先应检查电池剩余电量,查看电量显示模块是否正常,若电量不足需及时补充充电。若电量充足仍无法启动,需检查电池接线端子是否存在松动、氧化现象,用干燥抹布清理端子氧化物后重新紧固,若问题仍未解决,可进一步检查启动开关线路是否存在断路情况。

行走系统故障排查

当叉车行走无力或行驶跑偏时,先观察驱动轮磨损程度,若轮胎花纹过度磨损需及时更换。同时检查行走控制器的参数设置是否处于正常范围,若参数异常需按照操作手册进行校准。此外,还需留意驱动电机是否存在异响,若有异常噪音可能是电机内部部件磨损,需联系专业人员进行检修。

液压系统故障排查

若叉车货叉升降缓慢或无法升降,首先检查液压油液位是否处于规定范围,液位过低需添加符合规格的液压油。同时检查液压油滤芯是否堵塞,定期更换滤芯可避免杂质进入液压系统。若以上均正常,需排查液压泵是否存在压力不足的情况,可通过压力表检测压力值,若压力偏低需对液压泵进行维护。

基础运维知识

日常检查要点

每日作业前,需对叉车进行全面检查,包括电池外观是否有破损、漏液情况,轮胎气压是否充足,液压油是否有渗漏,各操作手柄是否灵活。作业结束后,应清理叉车表面的杂物与油污,检查货叉是否有变形,将叉车停放在指定区域并拉起手刹。

定期维护事项

按照设备使用手册的规定,定期对叉车进行深度维护,包括更换液压油、机油滤芯,紧固车架与各部件的连接螺栓,校准传感器与控制器参数。此外,需定期对电池进行均衡充电,避免电池出现不均衡衰减的情况,延长电池使用寿命。
