Operators need to hold a valid special equipment operation qualification certificate. Wear safety helmets, anti-skid shoes and other protective equipment before operation, and carefully clean up obstacles, water or sundries in the operation area to ensure that the site is smooth and free of hidden dangers. When starting the forklift, first confirm that the fork is at a low level, turn the power key slowly, and observe whether the various indicator lights on the instrument panel are on normally. If there is an abnormal warning, power failure should be checked immediately.
During the operation, the driving speed needs to be adjusted according to the site environment. Keep driving at a low speed in narrow areas or crowded places. Sound the horn in advance before turning to avoid sudden turns and sudden stops. When forking goods, adjust the spacing of the forks to match the width of the goods, insert them into the bottom of the goods smoothly, and lift slowly to ensure that the center of gravity of the goods is centered. Avoid sudden acceleration or sudden braking during driving to prevent the goods from slipping. After the operation is completed, park the forklift in the designated flat area, put down the fork to the ground, turn off the power switch, pull up the handbrake, and remove the key for proper storage.
The daily safety inspection needs to be completed before the daily operation. The appearance inspection should check whether the body shell is collided and deformed, whether there are cracks or wear on the surface of the fork, whether the tire pressure meets the standard, and whether the rim is damaged. The core component inspection focuses on the hydraulic system. Check whether there is leakage from YouTube and cylinder, whether the tightness of the lifting chain is appropriate, whether the brake pedal stroke is normal, and whether the braking effect is sensitive and reliable. The electrical system inspection includes whether the battery power is sufficient, whether the charging interface is corroded or loose, whether the wiring is damaged and exposed, and whether the dashboard indicator light can be displayed normally.
If any abnormal situation is found during the inspection, the forklift should be stopped immediately and reported to the maintenance personnel for handling. It is strictly forbidden to operate with disease to ensure that every forklift operation is carried out in a safe state.
