Common basic problem troubleshooting
Power abnormality troubleshooting
When many operators encounter the power failure speed of the device far exceeding the conventional situation, they can first check whether the battery case has abnormal bulging or bumping marks, confirm whether there is loose ash accumulation in the charging interface, and rule out the power display error caused by poor interface contact. In some cases, if the device is left unused for a long time, there will also be high standing loss, which is a normal state. It only needs to be fully charged according to the standard process to resume normal use.
Insufficient operating power check
If the lifting speed of the equipment is slow and the walking power is insufficient after starting, first confirm whether the current load exceeds the rated load of the equipment, and then check whether there are any leakage marks in the hydraulic oil circuit, whether the tire is stuck in foreign objects to increase the walking resistance, and then contact the after-sales staff for further testing after excluding such external factors. Do not disassemble the core components without permission.
Troubleshooting of abnormal noises
If you hear abnormal sounds during the operation, shut down the equipment at the first time, first check whether the door frame chain, walking wheel axle position is stuck into the packaging belt, gravel and other foreign objects, confirm whether all kinds of limit parts are offset, clean up the foreign objects and then practice running without load to determine whether the abnormal sound disappears.
Precautions for daily use
Pay attention to the main points in the charging process
Daily charging should use suitable charging equipment, place it in a ventilated and cool area to carry out charging operations, do not expose to the sun or charge in areas close to flammable and explosive items, and unplug the charging gun in time after charging is completed. Do not overcharge for a long time, and do not fully exhaust the power before recharging.
Homework operation points for attention
During the operation, do not suddenly brake and accelerate, do not stand under the door frame when lifting goods, decelerate and whistle in advance when turning, do not overload operations illegally, and can be properly shut down to dissipate heat after a long period of continuous operation. Do not let the equipment run at full load for more than the specified time.
Precautions for daily storage
After the end of the day's operation, park the equipment in a flat designated area, pull the handbrake and drop the door rack, clean up the cargo residue and dust on the surface of the equipment, and do a full calibration at least once a month. If it is left standing for a long time, keep the battery power in the range of 60% to 80% to avoid excessive battery wear and tear.
