常见基础问题排查

电量异常排查

很多操作人员遇到设备掉电速度远超常规情况时,首先可以先检查电池外壳是否有异常鼓包或磕碰痕迹,确认充电接口是否存在松动积灰情况,排除接口接触不良带来的电量显示误差。部分情况下如果设备长时间静置未使用,也会出现静置损耗偏高的情况,属于正常状态,只需要按标准流程充满电即可恢复正常使用。

作业动力不足排查

如果设备启动后出现举升速度偏慢、行走动力不足的情况,首先要先确认当前负载是否超过设备额定载重,其次可以检查液压油路是否有渗漏痕迹,轮胎是否卡入异物增加行走阻力,排除这类外在因素后再联系售后人员做进一步检测,不要私自拆解核心部件。

异响类问题排查

作业过程中如果听到异常声响,第一时间关停设备,先检查门架链条、行走轮轴位置是否卡入包装带、碎石等异物,确认各类限位部件是否出现偏移,清理完异物后再空载试运行,判断异响是否消失。

日常使用注意事项

充电环节注意要点

日常充电要使用适配的充电设备,放置在通风阴凉的区域开展充电作业,不要在阳光下暴晒或者靠近易燃易爆物品的区域充电,充电完成后及时拔掉充电枪,不要长时间过充,也不要将电量完全耗尽后再补电。

作业操作注意要点

作业过程中不要急刹急加速,举升货物时不要站在门架下方,转弯时提前减速鸣笛,不要违规超载作业,长时间连续作业后可以适当停机散热,不要让设备处于满负载运行的状态超过规定时长。

日常存放注意要点

当日作业结束后,要将设备停放在平整的指定区域,拉手刹落上门架,清理设备表面的货物残留和灰尘,每个月至少做一次满充满放的校准,长时间静置的话要保持电量在百分之六十到八十的区间,避免电池出现过度损耗的情况。
