Troubleshooting and treatment of power system faults
Startup abnormality caused by insufficient power
When the LECB18S electric forklift cannot be started, first check the power display: if the meter shows that the power is 0 or much lower than the rated value, the high probability is that the charging is not completed or the battery is virtual, you can connect the matching charging device to supplement the charging for 30 minutes and then retry; if the power display is normal, check the terminals of the battery and the host, whether there is loosening or oxidation, you can re-tighten and clean the touchpoint after disconnection, and then try to start.
power output fatigue
If the power of the forklift is obviously insufficient when driving or lifting, first confirm whether there is an overload situation. Exceeding the rated load will trigger the power limit, and it can be restored after reducing the load. If there is no overload, check whether the motor wiring is loose or the controller signal is abnormal. Check the connection status of the corresponding line after power failure.
Troubleshooting and handling of operational functions
Lifting Action Card
Fork lift cards are mostly related to foreign body sticking or insufficient lubrication of the guide rail. Stop the lifting operation first to check whether there is any garbage, screws and other sundries in the fork track. After timely cleaning, special grease can be applied along the guide rail to reduce friction. If it is still stuck, check whether the cylinder seal is damaged and contact a professional for maintenance.
steering failure
When the steering is not flexible, first check whether there are stones, wires and other debris stuck at the steering wheel, and try to turn lightly after cleaning; if it is still abnormal, check the tightness of the steering power rod, adjust it properly and then operate it to avoid forcibly steering damaged parts.
Troubleshooting and handling of safety warnings
The fault light is always on
When the instrument fault light is always on, first confirm whether there is any illegal operation (such as overloading or speeding), immediately stop the corresponding operation, and check whether there is any abnormal sound in the appearance of the equipment. For the corresponding fault prompt, please refer to the equipment manual for preliminary positioning. If you cannot solve it yourself, contact professional maintenance personnel in time to deal with it. Do not force the operation to continue.
