动力系统类故障排查与处理

电量不足引发的启动异常

当LECB18S电动叉车出现无法启动的情况,首先排查电量显示:若仪表显示电量为0或远低于额定值,大概率是充电未完成或电池虚电,可连接匹配充电设备补充充电30分钟后重试;若电量显示正常,需检查电池与主机的接线端子,是否存在松动或氧化,可断开后重新紧固清洁触点,再尝试启动。

动力输出乏力

若叉车行驶或举升时动力明显不足,先确认是否存在超载情况,超出额定负载会触发动力限制,减轻负载后可恢复;若无超载,排查电机接线是否松动,或控制器信号是否异常,需断电后检查对应线路连接状态。

操作功能类故障排查与处理

升降动作卡顿

货叉升降卡顿多与异物卡滞或导轨润滑不足有关,先停止举升操作,检查货叉轨道内是否有垃圾、螺丝等杂物,及时清理后,可沿导轨涂抹专用润滑脂减少摩擦;若仍卡顿,排查油缸密封件是否损坏,需联系专业人员检修。

转向不灵

转向不灵活时,先检查转向轮处是否有石块、铁丝等杂物卡滞,清理后尝试轻打转向;若仍异常,排查转向助力杆松紧度,调整合适后再操作,避免强行转向损坏部件。

安全警示类故障排查与处理

故障灯常亮

仪表故障灯常亮时,先确认是否有违规操作(如超载、超速),立即停止对应操作,检查设备外观是否有异常异响,对应故障提示可参考设备说明书初步定位,若自行无法解决,及时联系专业维修人员处理,切勿强行继续作业。
